On the 29th of may 2015, the new One World Observatory will open its doors for the 1st time. There’s no doubt that the view from the top of the tower will be breathtaking, however, the ride there in the elevator, will be a jaw dropping one.
A recent article in the New York Times shows a glimpse into the 102 floor ride to the top. During the ride, a time lapse panorama video unfolds the Manhattan island history of the last 515 years, taking the passengers on a journey through time.
The video was created by Blur Studios, a post production company from California.
