Totally Free on Roller Skates Short Documentary

All around us life are moving at an increasingly rapid pace, with every day that passes by, you feel the stress rising. Everything is changing all the time, and sometimes you feel as if you just can’t keep up with everything. You need a break, even from your own self. Luckily, there is just that kind of place over at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, CA. A place where you can be ‘Totally Free’, and on Roller Skates.

‘Totally Free’ is a magical short documentary, created by Daniel Soares, a Los-Angeles based Art Director and Film Maker. The movie gives us a glimpse into the special universe of roller skaters like Terrence, Morpheus and Zee, that spend their time on a pair of roller skates, to get ‘high on life’. The group of so called weirdos, rolls over to the park, knowing that they will feel that special kind of energy, and have total freedom. In that group they know that they are accepted, whoever they are, and all they need to have in common is those skates, and the desire to have fun.

If you feel like you need a brake, and willing to invest 5 minutes of your day, to dive into a place of total freedom and inspiration, you owe it to yourself to watch this short documentary. Who knows, you might even head over afterward to amazon and buy yourself, a super cool, yellowed wheels, roller skates.
